About Kara Moll
Kara is a life-long Chicagoland resident and with a 20+ year track record who is well-versed in all types of real estate sales from Luxury, to short-sales and REO properties, from single-family, to condos and co-ops, and multi-units.
Kara’s first career was as commercial lender for a half-billion dollar Chicago bank, and quickly rose to the role of Director of Business Development. Realizing that she wanted a career that focused more on fun, Kara left banking for radio and specialized in non-traditional advertising and cross-promotional marketing partnerships and built that into a successful career designing marketing programs for high-profile clients and musical artists.
After 9/11, Kara decided that she wanted to hang-up her suitcase and make a difference closer to home. Realizing that family, friends and neighbors needed someone they could trust when making their largest financial decisions, Kara felt that real estate was the perfect blend of her banking and numbers expertise, as well as her marketing knowledge. She embarked on a real estate career quickly rising to the ranks as a top producer and averaged selling 70+ homes a year.
Kara is the recipient of numerous awards, including Woman of the Year from both Financial Women International and National Association of Business Women, and has been named a prestigious Five Star Agent by Chicago Magazine for all 8 years the award has existed – an honor bestowed upon less than 1% of 1% of agents.
Kara is learning-based and competitive, and is consistently studying the market and consumer behavioral patterns so that our clients WIN!
Outside of the office, Kara is active in various philanthropic, community and networking events. She likes to golf, travel, all things Disney — especially their customer service philosophy.
